In subsequent sessions, I learned how to talk through issues with my inner healer, who was present in my first session even though I didn’t realize it until my third session. Sarah incorporated contrast therapy (alternating between a sauna and ice bath several times) prior to our third session, and this was especially impactful. Sarah has been teaching breathwork and ice plunge classes for years, and despite my extreme aversion to getting into cold water, doing so gave me a lasting insight that profoundly impacted my experience during the next session and in my daily life as well. While I now think of this type of therapy as the catalyst for the healing I’ve experienced and the positive changes I’ve made in my life, I think having the right guide is the most important part.”

"My session took place in December of 2024. I’ll admit, I was a bit apprehensive at first—for many reasons. One of the biggest was uncertainty about whether this experience aligned with my faith. I’ve always believed in staying fully aware of my surroundings, never even considering hypnosis.
